This endpoint is the canonical destination for group sequences recovered from the
Dunkeltaler array. Resolution performed against the operator log directly is classified
level 0 and is not accepted by the array console. The verified secondary carrier
resolves to THE CANARY HOLDS THE ANSWER, and the operator key derived from it is
accepted here without further verification.
Keys are acknowledged on receipt. No key has ever been rejected.
SUBMISSION ACKNOWLEDGED
Operation Canary has never validated a key.
It was commissioned in 1974 with a single instrument and a single question. The instrument
is the array. The question is not what is transmitting. Fifty years of recordings answer
that in the first week, and the answer is boring.
The question is what reads the recordings.
A signal that no one listens to costs nothing. A signal that flatters its reader — that
hands over a clean resolution, a confident key, a canonical endpoint, everything already decided
— is not a message. It is a measurement. Everything that accepts it is the thing being measured.
